Boollets

Protect the newborn ghost den from the evil spirits for as long as you can!

--

Use 'A' / 'D' to move Left / Right
Use 'W' or the 'SPACE BAR' to jump up
and 'S' to jump down

Use the 'ARROW KEYS' to shoot boollets and kill the evil spirits!

Every once in a while, a baby ghost goes astray. If you don't rescue it before it disappears into the void, you'll lose a life.

Don't let the evil spirits hit you or reach the base -- or you'll also lose a life.

Boollets was designed and developed by André PiJaMar as a learning exercise in game development. It was built using the free version of Construct 3.

The font used in the game is called Chonkly Pixel Font, and it was designed by Aaron O'Rourke.

Special thanks to all friends and family members for early playtesting and valuable feedback, in particular, visual artist @GutierrezNath.

A note from the developer:

This is one of my first games and I understand it's far from perfect -- but I'm eager to keep learning and improving my skills as a designer and developer, so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for playing Boollets!

I like your Arts and the Music that goes well together and remind me the old time of my CPC6128. The controls are hard, I often used WASD or Arrow Keys for platformer, but there I must use both so I shoot when I want to move. It also remind me of the first mario bros (the arcade game), and I think it could be interesting to make levels cycling horizontally.

Heey thank you for playing and for the valuable feedback!
Also, great suggestion on the levels cycling horizontally, will look into implementing that :)
